Well, that was fast – Aaron Carter, who entered rehab last month to work on “emotional and spiritual issues,” has finished his treatment, said the singer’s rep.
The 23-year-old left the Betty Ford Center “after successfully completing a month of rehab,” E! News reported.
Carter’s manager, Johnny Wright, had previously explained that “Aaron, understanding the challenges and hard work it would take to get himself back to the top, requested to take some time before we started to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he was dealing with.” He entered Betty Ford to “get the guidance and cleansing he needs that will help him on the music journey he’s about to take.” It must’ve worked. According to E!, Carter is in Florida working on his next CD. His last studio album was released in 2002. The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant has been tweeting throughout his rehab stay, but hasn’t made specific mention of his treatment.
“Woke up this morning to the rain … it was beautiful!” he wrote Thursday. “Loving & living life…& having a good time.”
